Real Estate Development Associate
Jeff works directly with our VP of Real Estate and is actively involved with all phases of the development cycle, from acquisitions/underwriting, financial modeling, entitlements, design development to construction project management. With a diverse cultural and professional background, Jeff brings a global perspective and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges. He is passionate about the promotion of accessibility in South Florida’s workforce housing development, recreation, transportation and the arts.
Jeff entered the commercial real estate industry after graduating from McGill University, working for a local developer before joining Cushman & Wakefield. Since then, he has worked in real estate finance, managed portfolios of industrial, office and multifamily assets, and he has directed several real estate developments. He also holds a Masters in Construction Project Management from Universitat de Barcelona. Fluent in multiple languages, he leverages his cross-cultural experience to navigate negotiations, foster partnerships, and deliver value throughout the development process.
